Shea Smith

My name is Shea Smith. I’ve lived in Davidson County my entire life. I graduated in 2005 from Ledford High School where I participated in softball, basketball, track and cross-country. That’s also where my first experiences with FCA began as a student athlete. 

My husband, Jason, is a local teacher and wrestling coach for Oak Grove High School. We have three amazing children- Delaney, Haven and Easton. We love family movie nights, going to the lake, Disney World and Appalachian State!

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you.
