Mike Ernst

Mike Ernst retired in 2014 as a President with Hanesbrands. He’s always been active in the community and currently serves on the Town of Bermuda Run Town Council, Old Salem Museum & Gardens Board of Trustees , Crosby Scholars, Cognition Board and Yadkin Valley Fellowship Christian Athletics. Mike strongly believes that one of our greatest gifts is to give back to our communities through the sharing of our time, talent and treasure. We have a responsibility to the next generation to expand the Kingdom of God and build a relationship with Jesus Christ. The young people of today will be the leaders of tomorrow. Therefore, building them up to have a relationship with Jesus Christ will ready them for the challenges they will face. My favorite Bible Verse comes from Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” As Board Chair for the Yadkin Valley FCA, I would ask for your support and prayers as we build our student athletics ministry in Davie, Davidson, Surry and Yadkin counties.
